QUALITY GRADES
At Easy Lakeballs, we use a proven four-tier quality model to categorize our lakeballs simply and transparently. This way, you as a customer know exactly what quality to expect – from top-tier golf balls to ideal practice balls.
AAAA - Quality (PEARL - Class 1)
Our top-class golf balls are nearly new and in excellent, white condition with flawless shine. The difference from new balls is barely noticeable. These balls feature a uniform surface and color. Small, discreet logos may be present, but no player markings. There are no abrasions, cuts, X-Outs, PRACTICE, or RANGE balls included. Lakeballs of this class do not affect performance and offer an almost unrestricted playing experience.
AAAA / AAA - Quality (Class 2)
These golf balls are in excellent to very good condition and also shine, albeit with slight variations compared to new balls. Possible minor discolorations, light player markings, or minimal abrasions may occur. There are no cuts, X-Outs, PRACTICE, or RANGE balls in this category. Logos may be present on the balls. These lakeballs are ideal for golfers who value high performance but are not bothered by minor cosmetic imperfections.
AAA / AA - Quality (Class 3)
Golf balls in this category offer the best value for money. They are in good overall condition with light to moderate signs of use. Discolorations, moderate abrasions, and player markings are possible, but without significantly impacting playability. X-Outs and PRACTICE balls may occasionally be included. Balls with cuts or RANGE balls are sorted out. Logos may be present on the balls. These lakeballs are perfect for golfers with a high ball turnover or as an affordable training option.
Cross Golf Balls (Class 4)
These balls are in a basic condition and are perfect for practice or cross golf. Noticeable abrasions, discolorations, markings, and light cuts may occur. Heavily damaged balls or those with cracked surfaces are sorted out. X-Outs and PRACTICE balls may be included. RANGE balls are not included. Logos may be present on the balls. This category offers a cost-effective solution for those who do not prioritize quality but focus on playing.
Why the system of many "A"s?
We deliberately chose the system with the many "A"s to create a familiar and easily understandable classification. The A’s clearly indicate how close the condition of the balls is to that of a new golf ball – the more A’s, the better the condition. This way, you can quickly recognize the performance and appearance to expect, whether you opt for a golf ball in nearly new condition or a cost-effective practice option. With this transparent system, we make buying lakeballs easy to understand for everyone.
